1. The marketing department first issues a production notice, which must be signed by the general manager to notify the corresponding department;
2. The production department checks the inventory of the materials according to the production notice and BOM (bill of materials) table. If the materials are lacking, the production department needs to issue a material purchase order (owing material list) to the purchasing department.
3. Purchasing department purchases materials according to the material purchase order and the production notice of the marketing department, responds to the material arrival time and status, and informs the relevant departments of the progress.
4. According to the purchase order, the purchasing department will check the quantity, label, specification, and packaging requirements of the materials provided by the supplier one by one, and put them into the inspection area to wait for IQC to inspect the incoming materials according to the corresponding specifications and samples. The inspection is carried out according to the sampling standard. If the inspection meets the ticket requirements, the warehouse management will be carried out.
5. After the inspection department finishes the inspection, the material distribution department will release the materials, prepare and issue materials according to the production order and BOM (bill of materials).
6. Before production, SMT material verification is also required. The specification and quantity of the material are checked according to the BOM and production order to check whether the material specification and quantity are correct. If there is an error, notify the relevant department for verification and reissue.
7. Then there is SMT programming. After the programming is completed, the loading process is completed. After the loading is completed, the quality department will check the station materials and the bill of materials again. The next step is the first processing of the SMT patch. 8. Firstly, perform 5PCS over-reflow soldering on the mounted PCBA, and confirm the soldering effect through AOI or visual inspection. There should be no defects such as false soldering, continuous tin, tin bead, and device deviation. If it is confirmed that there is no reflow soldering problem, carry out the corresponding power-on test, confirm that the PCB board can work normally, and make a record of the first article.
9. All PCBAs need to be inspected and recorded.
10. Put the confirmed PCBA into protective packaging, pack it into the box, and paste the identification card on each outer box, and check again before putting it in the warehouse.
